What is Physiotherapy?
The role of physiotherapy is to relieve pain and restore normal function. It not just about sports injuries. We specialise in musculoskeletal problems which includes injuries to joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Be it traumatic, of gradual onset or following surgery.
Gone are the days of 'receiving physiotherapy'. Treatment is a two-way commitment. Whether you have developed calf pain while running, shoulder pain when sleeping or back pain after sitting, Toby will provide a plain speaking diagnosis, make it less painful and get you moving. You will do the exercises and make the changes to your posture, to your technique, to your life or to whatever is necessary to keep it that way.
